To whom it may concern Review of Murray Coop from Ray White Real Estate Ngunguru In February of this year, I put my Tutukaka property into the hands of a real estate company to sell. It was well advertised and attracted a lot of interest. However, there was no securing of an actual sale. My situation became one that it was literally costing me too much to maintain and the property had to 'go'. The option I had was to keep the status quo, or to change agents. I found Murray not only to be professional in how he conducted the transaction between me and the vendor but also his understanding to our dissimilar life situation. I felt supported with positive comments and vision as I was purchasing a doer upper that I had very little knowledge about. His input was valuable with knowledge of location, sale prices in the area, to giving information on how to organise a property profile. He also arranged for a builder to complete a report on the property as I had no idea how to do this either.
