Mike has a very helpful and down to earth way of working, plus it is obvious he has a great depth of knowledge and experience, which makes the whole process very smooth.

Mike and Debbie respectively were friendly but not intimately so. I liked that Mike had a personal connection to the vendors. He seemed to sum me up pretty well. No hard sell from him, let the property talk.

Under difficult conditions with a TC3 house Mike did an absolutely outstanding job in selling my home. We lost the sale twice due to insurance and finance issues for the purchaser but Mike hung in there with us and bought the sale home. He went way beyond what we expected of him due to the extra requirements of a TC3 house. I welcome the opportunity to write to prospective home sellers or buyers. When my daughter and I placed our home on the market we expected the same ol same ol as we've sold many times in the last 20 years. I call it the restless years. What we weren't expecting was the absolute attention to detail covering all aspects of the sale. The entire team from Debby to the manager Adam became involved with caring personal attention, great backup. However it was Mike who garnered the sale and kept me informed and in lightning time the subject to sale on our house was also sold swiftly by him and we were on our way to the new home.
