Helen Asked Mick Fay for you email address I lodged a query with you website about an appraisal for my property in Eaton Crt Kirwan on Tuesday night. I was somewhat surprised to get a call from Mick at 0632 Wed morning while driving to work ( I live in Perth ) After discussing my query Mick assured me he would have the appraisal to me ASAP The appraisal was on my computer Wed night Have to say was very impressed with the service I received particularly as I told Mick I had no real intention of selling the property at this time. Have had 2 previous encounters with Townsville Real Estate agents, one a similar exercise to get an appraisal from a web site. Didn't even get a reply contact and two, where I tried to sell the property, got it listed and never heard from that office unless I rang them. Realise service is a major part of your game.
