It was near the end of the year and I had decided I didn’t want to be a landlord anymore. I wanted the property sold by Xmas. I have dealt with Barfoot and Thompson with buying and selling a couple of houses over the years so I was should have known better than being co-horsed into putting my house onto the market with another company in late 2016 with a friend I've known for most of my life. Bad mistake, from the start, I was rushed into listing with them and the result was it didn't sell. After a few months, I decided to list it again and got in touch with Melvin.
