Over the years, we have watched different real estate agents’ market and sell the townhouses around us and had not been very impressed with their efforts. Jack & Mark, on the other hand, were very professional and pragmatic in delivering three offers for our townhouse, with minimal marketing and open houses. We found them to be very experienced and flexible. Their ability to find suitable buyers among the looky-loos was much appreciated. Jack & Mark Gibb from Lochore’s Real Estate were employed to market and sell our properties. They were primarily promoted for developers to purchase, but attracted significant interest from investors as well. Housing on the properties included five rental flats. So, the process for sale became quite comprehensive, open homes requiring multiple sales staff etc. Jack & Mark received requests from prospective purchasers for a variety of information such as storm water drainage, boundaries, covented trees, detail on rentals etc. We felt he worked tirelessly to ensure all queries were satisfied, none standing in the way of purchase.
