Mark went beyond the call of duty for us at a trying time. Unfortunately we had issues with a defective title in which Mark took it upon himself to travel out to Council spending time to navigate through the progress. He also reached out to the neighbours and our lawyers (with my consent ) to make everything as hassle free as possible. He checked in with the handyman we had organised & arranged for cleaners to come in afterwards as we were overseas at the time. He also co-ordinated and negotiated the cost of home staging on our behalf. Mark's regular contact for updates gave us confidence that everthing was under control.
