Mark , was very pleasant and accommodating from the very beginning. He was never pushy and allowed us to take our time to look, experience and enjoy the space. When it came to putting in the offer and further negotiation Mark was quick with results and suggested what he knew he could get the job done at. I do feel that Mark helped in both parties getting a fair deal. I have certainly walked away happy and the vendor has a quick sale allowing them to move to Thailand. Through two separate recommendations I have heard the property manager at Ray White Te Awamutu is also a good bloke and I have reached out to him with the intent to use him as property manager on this house. I would have hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone considering buying or selling in the area.
