After operating in the North Shore area for the past 17.5 years, Shane Coote will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Ray White NZ team with the opening of Ray White Mairangi Bay.
Formerly Central Realty, Mr Coote has owned the business for the past 12 years and is excited to now be part of the Ray White family.

After living in the area since he was two years old, Mr Coote has developed a passion for the bays and their people.
“Mairangi Bay and the East Coast Bays are one of the best parts of the country,” he said.
“Great beaches, awesome little shopping villages, great schools and sports clubs, with a family friendly feel.
“There is a good mix of accommodation for all types of people, from trendy, urban apartments and townhouses, to large family estates.”
Mr Coote said the Ray White Mairangi Bay team was dedicated to doing the best job possible, with the goal of becoming the best real estate office on the North Shore.
“In the next 12 months we would like to grow our team by at least four excellent sales people, and do an additional 20 per cent in sales volume, but all while keeping our excellent reputation with our clients,” he said.
“We have a great culture at our office — it’s like a little family but with people that are serious about what they do and want to achieve the best results they can for our clients.”
