For eight fulfilling years, Madison acted as a manager for Angus Foods Inc. in Canada, where she truly honed her leadership skills and deepened her understanding of business operations. This role instilled in her a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving excellence in every endeavor.

Upon relocating to New Zealand and starting a family, Madison's focus shifted to education where she found immense fulfillment working alongside special needs children in Auckland's public school system. This experience enriched her life and strengthened her empathy and patience, essential qualities in both personal and professional interactions.
