An old work colleague from a previous real estate company I got to know Madelon well and have always respected her knowledge, professionalism and work ethic as she unwaveringly seeks to gain the best possible outcome for her clients but always mindful it takes two parties to complete a transaction.

From the beginning Madelon showed a real interest in the house, pointing out features that she thought would be priorities in marketing etc. She took notes as she went around, gave a clear idea of how she would market it and why she suggested we do it that way. It all made sense and paid off. She made herself available any hr of the day or night to us as clients, but also to prospective buyer, by making other times to show them through. She got 17 tenders in, in I think it was 10 days which was amazing. She was patient in explaining things.
