We originally meet Lucia by a mail drop. She came and gave us an appraisal and we let her know that we were 12 months away from putting our house on the market. She would pop little cards or flowers at our door every now and then and never hounded or pressured us into listing with her. We actually really appreciated this which is why we listed with her when the time came to put our house on the market. Lucia was great. She kept us informed along the way and left detailed notes after each open home etc.

She went above and beyond for everything we needed.

I thought she was extremely helpful after our offer had been accepted and I was always able to get a hold of her when I needed too. She is very happy and friendly and one of the better real estate agents that we have dealt with. I would definitely recommend her, plus I loved the chocolates and flowers she gave us as a present (also the wine that I cannot drink at the moment).

18/09/2013 To Whom It May Concern: I have made 3 requests for appraisals on my home at 246 Hills Rd. 2 requests with 1% commission companies and the third with Ray White Next Step. The low commission companies gave me a top price of $290000 . When Lucia came back with all the appraisal in writing and very well detailed, she gave me the certainty that we can achieve over $310000 . Also in a very professional way she gave me ideas what to do, and together we have managed to present my home to the best.
