No Open Homes!! Thanks Estelle and Lou!! We were coming into our home-based businesses busiest time of the year, so when our dream home came up to buy, the timing wasn't the best. Our place was not ready to go to market and the thought of doing Open Homes was not ideal. Step up - the amazing duo of Estelle and Lou! They had made contact with a buyer who had been looking for a while and just knew our home would be perfect for them. Estelle and Lou simply have a gift for understanding what their clients need. The market at the time was quite choppy and our sale price expectations were muted. However, because this team is so good they got us a great sale price and all in time for us to settle on our dream home. Working with Estelle and Lou for a second time, they have proven to be the best in the business. We highly recommend them both and encourage anyone looking to sell to put them at the top of your list as agents of choice.

We first Met Lou at another address, at an open home. As we were looking at properties we had been presented to a number of agents. Lou was the only agent that gave me market updates, and had contacted me with another house's that met our requirements, she saw the opportunity with the house we ended up purchasing, So easy to deal with and no pressure, as we had a couple of other agents that wanted offers immediately.

With buying my first home, the thing that scared me the most was meeting the selling agent. When I walked into the house Lou immediately put me at ease and was able to answer any questions I had. This was the first property I had viewed. I viewed another property after this, the agent was not so welcoming and I felt like she didn’t want to be there (maybe because it was under offer) I found Lou good to deal with from start to finish, professional, smiling and nothing was a problem.

The best agent that we have EVER worked with! We can not more highly recommend Lou. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and she is by far and away the BEST ever! Lou is always cheerful and positive. She is an excellent communicator and can be relied upon 100%. Lou was incredibly pro-active in her approach to selling our property and kept us in the loop at every stage. Lou also went out of her way to assist the current tenant in finding new accomodation.
