We met Lisa a few years ago when she gave us an appraisal for our house. We were impressed with her enthusiasm for our home and that she seemed to "get it". We had an old house with lots of character and we wanted someone who could see past the things that needed fixing. When it came time to sell we thought of Lisa straight away. Through her we met her partner Gregg Marsland and although most of our dealings were with Gregg from that point, Lisa was very supportive in the background and we were grateful to have her in our corner. We would definitely recommend Gregg and Lisa to friends selling their home.

Lisa successfully managed the recent sale of our house in Kamo in a very efficient and timely manner. We found Lisa to be very professional in her approach to marketing and selling of our property. We selected Lisa to have exclusive listing of our home as we had relocated overseas and were concerned about having uncontrolled access to the property, which was still fully furnished and contained a significant amount of our personal effects. Lisa understood our requirements for property security and the extra lengths that she would have to go to in order to manage any potential sale when the vendor was not even in the same country let alone same time zone. Lisa obtained a competitive sale & purchase agreement within the first few weeks. We first met Lisa Gray when we first viewed what was to become our new home. Since we had farmed all our lives and had never bought a house before it was all new for us.
