A breath of fresh air compared to the real estate cowboys who put their interests in front of yours! Before Linh was "my agent" my sister met her at an open home and asked if she could help me with some design ideas. There will probably be some people out there who are questioning themselves, should I have a property coach or which property coach should I go with. Those were the questions I asked myself from the beginning of my property investment journey (3 months ago), and now I want to share how this journey has been for me to hopefully help you make choices easier, faster, and smarter. I’m an extremely indecisive and risk adverse person. Ask my wife, it takes me weeks to buy a t-shirt. So when my wife first came to me with the idea to sign up with Linh I did what I always do with anything involving risk and effort, I laughed and said we don’t need to worry, we’ll work out our retirement plan some other time. I made the mistake of saying I’d never sign up unless I knew someone else who had done it and could back up the idea. As fate would have it, I did know someone after my wife joined some dots. Usually I would still not commit, but after only a couple of conversations with Linh I signed up. This never happens with me, but deep down I could tell that Linh truly believed in the principles and her own talents. We don’t even live in Auckland anymore, so the thought of trying to secure a property in a crazy market was extremely daunting. But Linh was there every step of the way, and I mean every step.
