Lindi Therond

Lindi is originally from South Africa and has been in New Zealand for over 25 years, the last 20 of which she has been a Beachlands resident. Lindi enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband and two adult children

Having studied and obtained her Honour’s degree in Organisational Psychology Lindi has a strong background in HR and recruitment. Lindi has a broad range of skills developed in the many diverse roles she has worked in. Lindi also spent numerous years in a sales role within a construction hire company before deciding to start a family. Thereafter consulting to the HR function for a leading national electronics retailer.

Lindi has made a valuable contribution to our organisation over the last 13 years. She is a highly motivated team member who enjoys working with others. During Lindi's time with the company, she has developed many new and highly valuable skills, which has resulted in her position as overarching Office Manager. As a licensed Salesperson Lindi is able of offer hands on support to the sales team when required, while her depth of knowledge in the property management sector has also lead to her recent promotion to Head of Property Management.

Lindi has a lot of patience and empathy for people. She is a positive, open and honest person with great communication skills. Not only is she professional and competent but also well-organized and customer focused. Lindi is a true asset to the team and is held in high regard both from within the team, and beyond with our extensive customer and client base.
