I would like to give a message of appreciation and gratitude to Linda Hunt who acted for our family in the sale of my mothers property in 2022. There were three executors of my mother’s estate and Linda carefully listened to our views and concerns. She was able to bring together our slightly divergent views and get consensus based on her long experience and her understanding of what was at the time a volatile housing market. Her guidance was spot on and we went to market while reports all around were of house prices dropping. Throughout the sale Linda worked hard at helping us keep the property in its best condition.
