Libby sold my house at auction last week. I have no hesitation in recommending her. She worked tirelessly from beginning to end. Every open home had many groups through, and she also brought people through at other times. Libby ran two open homes each weekend, which I appreciated. I know of many agents that only do one. There’s such a short window to make my house known, and she maximised this. Libby loves details and kept me in the loop the whole time. I have my three kids at home and she was very respectful of our privacy. We also have a large dog that she loved and happily worked around..
