This is my 1st house purchase and between Leigh and my solicitor, the purchase was easy.

She personally was on to everything and assisted us with information including us in conversations. Went over board to help us with matters outside her scope of work. We’re grateful for outcome and wish her and team of Ray Whites Kaikohe a happy success for remainder of 2023 and beyond

After meeting Leigh in 2021-22 she was very supportive and helpful to get me on the real-estate ladder. We had a wonderful chat at our first open house opening in Omapere (that was a bit above my income at that time) but she was willing to help me and send me in the right direction. I asked her about other properties in and around the Holianga and she was supportive in arranging viewings. I then looked into what the pre-approval amount I could afford and kept looking but not rushing. After a few months of no houses within my value, Leigh got back in touch to say she had a property she knew I had looked at in 2022. Again a little above what I could afford but was great she was still thinking of me. March 2023 property came up again at auction and we went for it. Dear Leigh, I’m just sitting here having a break from packing and have poured myself a wine. I’m contemplating what a journey it has been with you over the past few months to sell my block with my cottage who my friends and I affectionately call ‘Dragondale’. There is a magic here that takes a little time to see but when you do see it, there really are dragons and faireys here and it opens a whole new view on the place. I know the work involved to reno this place as I have worked in the building industry and designed and built my house prior to this one and realised this would be hard to sell as is.
