With Lawrence being the owner of the Pt Chevalier Ray White office and leader of the #1 real estate team in the area it was obvious that a great result would be achieved when selling our property with Lawrence, Jo and Jackson.
In general Lawrence was great to deal with but I was disappointed by the fact that nobody turned up to the auction. I did a little research subsequently and discovered that he could have changed the value of the property shown on sites like homes.co.nz which I think would have made a difference to people's expectations. I am also not sure whether choosing an auction was the best option given our circumstances. However, in the end the property sold and I am grateful to Lawrence and the team for the effort they put in.

Lawrence is calm and chilled making the process easy and stress free. On some things he was a little slow on communication perhaps due to lots going on or perhaps because it's a good strategy with any negotiation not to be too keen. We were a little surprised to see the listing with a price on it at the lower end of the estimate range, however the market is slow and he knows what he's doing. I guess when you're a seller you just can't help but feel you've been 'agented' in some way or another knowing how much psychology training a good RE sales person goes through. Lawrence has a lovely personality and I would definitely use him and his team again for selling.
