Kristine Liu is a licensed salesperson with Ray White Auckland Central. An experienced Auckland agent fluent in English and Mandarin, Kristine has lived in New Zealand for almost 22 years since settling here from China.

Her career background includes many years in the construction industry, but Kristine’s passion and first love is real estate – a profession she has been involved with since 2009. After serving clients under the auspices of several major real estate brands in and around her home suburb of Epsom. Kristine has joined the Auckland Central team to continue to build on the good reputation she has established with her client base.

Kristine is known for her attention to detail, respectful manner and friendly open personality when dealing with buyers and sellers. She loves working with people to identify what they need and to build trusted relationships that endure. She has strong social networks and is valued for her sincerity and sensitivity when relating with people from a diverse range of cultures to assist them with their real estate needs.

As a past business owner she is equipped with strong problem-solving expertise and has management experience which is extremely useful when handling the compliance processes needed in the successful sale of residential property through a well-run marketing campaign.

In her spare time Kristine loves to work out at the gym and is a keen swimmer. As an adopted Kiwi she loves to travel and discover more of her home country of New Zealand, and further abroad when time permits.
