Kris is absolutely great to work with. We were based in Australia and he helped us sell our property in New Zealand. Kris went out of his way and helped us in every aspect of the sale, right Fe getting the house ready for sale to answering all our questions at any point in time. His calm demeanor, friendliness and confidence is what made Kris stand apart from other sales agents. Even before we signed the contract he still have us advice on selling the property, most other agents were egoistic and over confident and that made us think how would we deal with them when the only communication we have is over the phone since we were overseas sellers.
