Remember the old saying “she’s not just a pretty face” ? Well that’s one of the first things that come to mind when I think of Kim Watt. I first met Kim when my son and I went to view a house. Kim worked as hard and as diligently, for those vendors (and it wasn’t even her listing) during the selling process as she did for my son while listing and selling his property. Excellent advice in presenting the property and at times physically rolling up her sleeves to help clean and tidy up with a small army of friends, resulted in over 22 people viewing the property at the first open home and 5 plus another back up offer in place. Have you any idea how much work is involved talking to 22 people to get all these purchase and sale contracts, because I have. And to top it off when another person expressed an interest in the property, Kim got a back up offer in place. Were we happy with that ? Oh yes. Amazing results. My son has a hearing impairment, and Kim was very patient in explaining all the details of the purchase and sale processes of the properties involved.
