We were very impressed with Kim's professional conduct and real estate knowledge. She communicated clearly with us and in a timely manner. She explained the sales and marketing process for our house and the pros and cons of the different sales methods. She gave us a timeline for the sales. We received a report each week for the potential buyers who came through the house. There were a couple of obstacles in the process and Kim was able to suggest ways to sort these out and provided extra professionals at the open home who could talk to buyers. We got a pre-auction offer and Kim explained the process to us and what we needed to do. We sold our house with an offer that was more than satisfactory to us and altogether a great outcome.

Kim was awesome at hunting out properties that suited our scenario and providing genuinely useful guidance on the properties obviously gleaned from years of experience in the residential real estate business, both here and overseas, tapping into a great set of contacts to guide the property search. Kim was also a voice of reason and calm throughout the auction process as a buyers agent, truly acting in my best interest even if that would mean, I walked away from a property and ultimately helped me to secure an awesome property.

The sale of our property took place at a time when the Auckland property market was changing dramatically. Sale prices were falling and buyers were holding back. Despite these conditions, Kim achieved the sale of our property at auction which met our expectations. I believe she was able to do this through sheer hard work, her market reach, and her understanding of the sales climate at the time, as well as her dedication to us her vendor clients. Kim never faltered. She was at all times, confident, energized, and utterly reliable.

Kim was an absolute legend from start to finish, and even after the sale was closed. It was much harder for us to see houses being three hours away, but Kim would go on our behalf and send us pictures and videos focusing on the things we said were important, as well as things, she thought would influence our decision. Nothing was too much for her, and she would always reply quickly to messages. Occasionally Kim would send us homes that weren’t quite in the brief, but would make excellent homes; most of which we ended up seeing as she was right; they were worth the trip. Obviously, we would find homes online too, and we shared our lists and the listing links, and we discussed each home as an option openly and honestly; this was invaluable, and we looked forward to those chats. Kim also knew the reasons for acquiring the house, and was extremely considerate, if not protective of us. We would highly recommend her as she was thorough and easy to work with. She did a great job, and we really hope we get to work with her again.

Kim helped me find a property I loved and provided a great deal of support in terms of actually getting the deal done. She was intent on making sure that the process went as smoothly as possible and was very professional in her approach. She was also very practical in terms of the advice she gave. I’d have no hesitation in using Kim again as she knows her stuff and is such a great person to deal with.

We live outside NZ and once the tenants moved out it became obvious there was a lot that needed to be done to the property in order to achieve a reasonable price. Kim co-ordinated all the services required from repairing the broken window, getting rid of a lot of rubbish left on the property, overseeing the cleaning of the house and substantial work that was necessary to be undertaken in the garden - to the point she even had her husband assisting with some garden maintenance the day before the photographer came.
