We initially chose Ray White as they had been involved in the sale of an apartment we owned in Auckland Central. Our experience with Ray White, Half Moon Bay, was similarly positive. The fact that we had been receiving information from Kevin Margeson for some time, and the fact that what he provided us with impressed us far more that agents from other companies had provided. Simon Davies and Debbie [receptionist?] were exceptional in carrying out their roles too! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. I particularly liked that fact that every piece of information we received was constructive and we felt that we were never bullshxxxed to at any time. Apologies for the reference but we have come across too many people in real estate before who we found it difficult to really trust. An unexpected plus was the fact that Ray White give pensioners a discount on their agent's fees. This was a real plus and as we have friends who are senior citizens and are considering trading down their homes, I am sure that they would find the discount attractive too.

We obtained appraisals and information from three companies before deciding to list our property with Kevin and RayWhite.
