I contacted Kerry Markwick at Ray White Mangawhai after he had sold my neighbour's lifestyle property in Kaiwaka, Northland. I had two adjoining properties one of which had a renovated 1929 bungalow on just under 2Ha. The adjoining property was a 4Ha rural lifestyle block. Kerry sold the house and land for me in October 2019. He nominated the price and had it under contract for slightly more than the asking figure within a few days of the property going to market. This year I decided to sell the bare land. Again Kerry nominated the figure he thought it would fetch. Once again Kerry had an offer for me within days of launching the campaign and at a final sale figure only slightly less (less than 3%) than his original prediction. I expect the sale will set a new record for comparable land in the area. Kerry is a pleasure to work with. His calm demeanor, knowledge of the district and the speed with which he gets results dictates that I would recommend him time and time again.

Kerry Markwick is great at what he does, he knows the area, he never once resorted to pressure tactics during my dealings with him, he got the asking price right, we achieved slightly more than asking, he was firm that we should go to market over Labour Weekend (end of October) and he was absolutely correct, we had a conditional contract within three days which is now unconditional and finally, Kerry is a very nice human being. Kerry was hard working and never gave up until we reached our goal of a sale which took 3 months of dedication from him and the team at Ray White Mangawhai.
