Introducing

Kay Yoo

Licensee Salesperson
Ray White Albany

Kay grew up in Seoul, South Korea and moved to New Zealand with her family because she and her husband were keen for a lifestyle change and a relaxed environment where to raise their two young daughters.

Kay’s exposure to real estate began when she came to Christchurch in which she had mind-blowing experiences to find their right home with numerous options on different types of houses, which was totally different from ones in her home country, mainly apartment living. It was very simple, monotonous and convenient, but not exciting and uncharacteristic. On the contrary, when moving to Auckland, it was a similar journey to the one in Christchurch, but hectic and stressful.

Through these experiences, Kay has a thorough understanding what buyers require from their agent and the delicate emotions selling and purchasing a home. She also understands the challenges of settling into a new place. Therefore, being a professional salesperson is for her to help people through what can be an emotional and stressful time.

Prior to working for Ray White, Kay had an after-school’ business for international students in Auckland, and worked as an education consultant and interpreter in Christchurch, along with teaching English at a high school in Seoul.

Tenacious, considerate, conscientious with an ability to work comfortably in two cultures, Kay really want to offer you an exciting, stress-free and joyful experience to you home buying and selling journey.

My husband and I were so lucky to purchase our first home with the help of Kay Yoo, Ray White Albany Agent. Her professional work for the buying process was amazing. We were also very grateful for the way she corresponded and resolved some issues. Because it is the first time to buy a house in New Zealand, she was a great help for us. I would highly recommend her to anybody when buying or selling a house. (Via Googe Review)
