We bought our new family home off Kanta and enjoyed working with her so much, we engaged her to sell our flat in Epsom in April 2023. We knew our property was in safe hands and potential purchasers would enjoy working with Kanta as much as we did. Our experience of Kanta from a vendor's perspective was just as good as we had being the purchaser. Kanta marketed the property so well, giving great advice on parts of the property to refresh, how to maximise the property for staging and where to target our marketing.
