Result!! Yes From our first meeting with Kane, he made us feel that we were in good hands and we were. Everything was explained to us honestly and our questions were answered the same. We were comfortable enough to give Kane approval to market our house. My experience working with Kane and Louise to sell my property was great. I staged one side and keep one flat vacant and put this property on the market last year with Barfoot, but the best offer Barfoot got for me was only similar to the CV 1.57 M and there was no sale. I listed the property on Trademe this year to sell privately, then received phone calls from Barfoot, Raywhite, Harcourt and Unlimited potential. I signed general listings with 4 agencies at the same time, Kane and Louise generated more interest and better offers than any other agency and I am so happy with the result, the house is now sold! Which is also about 115% higher than CV, both Kane and Louise are good communicators and very experienced, I am listing another property with them now and will surely stick with them for the future, highly recommended!
