We decided for a change of lifestyle moving out of the city into the Wairarapa. It was a very challenging experience in such a flat market; a long 5 months of setbacks and delays but Julie was amazing, kept us positive and stood by us through the whole process. When Mark first met Andre and Julie he decided that they were the ones to sell our home. They really appreciated the work we had done on the house, but mostly they were very friendly and approachable, and a feeling of trust was quickly built between us. We did not put our home on the market until a couple of years later, and did not hesitate to contact them again. And so the sale began. From the start Andre and Julie were constantly reassuring, professional, efficient, undoubtedly very experienced, and dedicated to promoting our place as best as could be done. Always courteous, and listening carefully to what we wanted, and to information about the house, they both were a pleasure to be with. Anytime we wanted to discuss anything, however trivial it might have seemed, they were quick in responding, acting on our wishes at the same as offering experience and good advice. Andre was the main person involved with the Open Homes, and for us this was an angst experience. He always responded immediately to any questions, gave full feedback weekly on what had happened at each Open Home. He carried us through this difficult time, as well as being an impressive negotiator. We felt confident that if anyone could sell our house, he could. Sure enough we had an offer by week 4, and Andre then skilfully negotiated the various terms of the settlement quickly and with much efficiency. Now that we are about to move out, I at present never want to go through a house sale again, but am so relieved we have chosen the right people to support us through it. 100% recommendation to anyone considering selling their home. I will now miss seeing them so often.
