Judith also ensured the buyers were well-informed, followed up all questions and put them at ease at the auction. Judith took time and applied great help in properties preparation, organising trade services as I was an out of town vendor. This was a difficult auction as over Covid. I would highly recommend her to friends selling.

Jude is the first agent I have dealt with, in a very long time, whom I actually felt was interested in doing the hard work with negotiations. We found judith to be professional friendly easy to talk to and organised. There were a few points however that we felt disappointed about and given the standard and price range of our house could improve client service. 1. Our house was viewed 2 out of 3 times with the state of the pool highly inadequate. This we feel was a major selling point and could have potentially put off many buyers and possibly cost us a sale and further bidders at auction. There were several small details with regard to the state of the house that needed to be rectified with the RW letting agent that had not been sorted out either. Being overseas we were relying in this happening on our behalf. 2. On the evening of auction i believe we were told misleading information as to how many bidders there would be. We were told 3 and there was only 1. I think that agents should be able to ascertain and give a realistic idea of what the situation will be. It put us in a position of having to make a decision under pressure and we did not think this was going to be the case. This as well as the fact that the agents predicted all along a considerably higher sale price made it a difficult stressful decision on tbe day. I would have preferred if i had known there would only be 1 bidder the day before and this information was given in a transparent manner not at 5 in the morning blurry eyed as we start the auction. This would allow more balanced reflection as to how to proceed rather than 11th hour pressure to proceed with an auction.

Judith was extremely professional and delightful to deal with. Nothing was a problem and she (and Sarah) went the extra mile to make sure we understood the process and were happy with how they were managing it.
