Recently Joy marketed and sold my property. I found her to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly at all times. She went the extra distance and provided furniture, etc, to stage the home at no cost to me. We started selling our home with another agency but felt that it was not being marketed to attract customers. When that 3 month contract was up, we changed to Joy Cullen. We deliberately chose her because we are Christians and wanted to do business with another Christian who would understand how we thought. Not only did she agree with us, she encouraged us and stood in faith with us. The difference between Joy and our previous agent was astounding. Joy said she'd help us look for our new home, encouraged us to do so and she informed us about the place we eventually bought even before that place went on the market. All the Ray white office staff and agents helped Joy to make the offer for our place go conditional because an insurance company cover was required for the potential buyer for our place. Once that condition was secured, it enabled us to put a bid on the place we wanted. Joy gave us fantastic advice and with her personal assistant, Nikki, spent all day setting up staging for our home so that it presented our home for the photography in an entirely different way than the previous agent had. Despite a new social housing development being built directly across the road from our home, Joy found viewers for every open home she held. Our previous agent had 3/6 open homes with no viewers at all, and only one person was interested but put off by the social housing development. Joy gave us a calendar so we knew what was happening and when. Even in the midst of cyclone Gabrielle, viewers came to our open home which was a remarkable achievement on Joy's behalf. She found a buyer, signed them into a conditional contract and encouraged us to purchase based on that, stating she'd find another buyer as a backup. This she did. Then, she worked hard on the day for it to all become unconditional, with massive curve ball being thrown by the first contract, so she got the backup contract to go unconditional which forced the first contract to go unconditional. We'd sold so we then went unconditional on the place we wanted. We cannot speak highly enough of Joy, Devon and Zoltan. Each spent hours with us ... the latter two giving us fantastic advice prior to us even deciding which agency to choose. We are indeed grateful for all the help we received, and recommend Joy, Devon and Zoltan 120% to anyone looking to sell or buy.
