Licensee Salesperson
Ray White Pakuranga

In my role as the director of a driving school, I’ve always been customer service-driven, helping clients achieve their goals and ensuring their safety. This experience has given me a strong foundation in guiding people through important milestones with ease. Transitioning into real estate feels like a natural step, as I’m passionate about helping clients navigate their journey toward homeownership or investment while ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.

I’m a proud father of five and a hardworking individual with a deep passion for helping people. I’ve spent 12 years working as a chef, becoming head chef of a French restaurant at just 23. It wasn’t easy, but my love for serving people and my commitment to hard work helped me achieve my goals. Today, as the director of a driving school, I help clients become safe, confident drivers and reach their goals. I bring that same dedication to my real estate career, always putting people first. What are the things that you think make a great real estate agent?

A great real estate agent is honest, hardworking, humble, and always focused on putting the client’s needs first. I wake up at 5 a.m. daily because I believe in setting the tone for a productive day. This early start allows me to plan, reflect, and stay ahead of the game. It ensures that I’m fully prepared to help my clients achieve their goals with a positive attitude, providing them with first-class service. Consistency, discipline, and a focus on client safety and satisfaction are key to being a successful agent.

I’m approaching my first year with a strong work ethic and a commitment to being there for anyone needing assistance in real estate. I want to bring my experience in helping clients achieve their goals—whether it’s getting a driver’s license or purchasing a home—by offering professional and personalized service. My goal is to ensure every client feels valued, supported, and safe throughout the process.

I was attracted to Ray White Eastern Group because my Son, who works as a salesperson in the company, speaks highly of the mentorship, training, and support he’s received. Ray White’s values of honesty, integrity, and positivity resonate with me. I’m looking for a place where I can grow and offer the best service to my clients. Ray White’s supportive and collaborative environment is exactly what I need to continue to develop my skills and help others achieve their real estate goals with ease.

Outside of real estate, I have a few passions that truly bring me joy and fulfillment. One of my biggest passions is cooking – I love creating meals that bring people together. Cooking is a creative outlet for me, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see others enjoy what I’ve made. A special part of my cooking journey is making some of my grandma's recipes, which brings me so much nostalgia. Food has a powerful way of connecting us to the past and reminding us of those we love, and every time I cook one of her dishes, I’m reminded of beautiful memories and cherished moments.

In addition to cooking, I have a deep love for gardening with my children, especially growing orchids. It’s a calming and rewarding hobby, and I find it amazing to watch these beautiful plants thrive with care and attention. Gardening allows me to connect with nature and create a peaceful space that brings joy to my heart.I’m also involved in community work, where I conduct courses for students and mothers, sharing knowledge and skills that can help them grow and improve their lives. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see people gain confidence and new abilities through these courses. The
combination of cooking, gardening, and giving back to the community helps me maintain balance and fulfillment in my life, and I’m truly grateful for these passions that allow me to connect with others in such meaningful ways.
