We were initially a bit worried that he might be stretched with having just under 20 listings, but that worry was quickly dissipated. He blew us away how he seamlessly got the house listed within 3 working days and with the astonishing result of selling it in less than 2 weeks!! Wow!!! “If there was ever a real estate agent that deserves high praise it is Jonathan Ziesler from Ray White Ltd Pukekohe. We purchased our new home from him in February 2020 and went overseas before settlement. We all know what happened then, however Jonathan kept in touch to make sure we were ok and kept a lookout on the empty house. Sorting the alarm which was sounding for no apparent reason. He also took care of the outdoor sensor lights to prevent them shining into the neighbours. Then while we were in quarantine after arriving back in NZ he opened the house and took delivery from Noel Leeming our whiteware and to top the lot he even put the necessary groceries in the fridge for us without us even asking or knowing he was doing this. We don’t know any other agent that would have gone these extra miles. What a wonderful person. We would recommend without the slightest hesitation Jonathan to sell or buy your next property.
