Team Relationship Administrator Joanne Chan is the ultimate multi-tasker; a friendly, outgoing individual with exceptional organisational skills and incredible attention to detail. Her role is a diverse one to say the least, encompassing everything from daily admin, open home and auction prep, listing presentations and reporting to flyer drops, telemarketing and campaign management.
Most importantly though, it’s Joanne’s job to ensure each and every client enjoys a truly exceptional experience.
It’s a role Joanne is highly-qualified for, having held a number of managerial positions in both hospitality and retail before making the shift to real estate. She absolutely loves meeting and connecting with new people, and thrives in vibrant, customer-centric environments like that at Team Cathy Mei.
