We first came across Jo randomly when visiting one of her open homes – immediately she went out of her way to take us to 2 other places, and from that moment on Jo became our “ go to “ Real Estate agent to get us a house in Lake Hawea. We were still living in Timaru initially which made viewing houses a little difficult until we shifted down, but Jo listened to what we wanted intently and hence did not waste time with homes that weren’t within our criteria. Her communication and knowledge of the area was superb and was an important asset for us to have on our side, and the information she shared on the houses we viewed was well-researched and helpful. I would really like to thank you Jo and all the team at Ray White for helping sell our property on Newcastle Rd. From my point of view I felt the process was really well explained and we knew what the auction costs were going to be and it was worth it as we got the result we wanted. House sold in 5 weeks. Having already purchased a another house I always had the pressure of knowing we had 2 mortgages to cover until we sold but the nearer to auction date we got the more confident I was that it would sell. The weekly reports were great but the most valuable part to me was the many phones which always kept me updated on each visit and the interest. I never had to chase you once for an update and always knew you would get in touch that day. I think we must has talked every 2nd day over that 5 week period.
