Jo sold me the 19 Saxon Street property 8 years ago and I was so happy with her work that I asked her to sale it this year. Jo was always professional and honest. I was a nervous first time vendor and the property market is very uncertain and hard to understand. despite this, I could make the right decisions for my family because I trusted Jo's advice and guidance. I felt no pressure to act in any direction except that which was right for me.

I didn't work much with Jo on this sale so can't really provide much constructive feedback. Jo comes across as just generally lovely. I wasn't really interested in the sales pitch that Jo and Lawrence gave for why we should use them besides the point that they split all commissions amount the whole team which I thought was a fantastic way to create a healthy working culture. I'd happily work with Jo again.

Selling a house is a very stressful process as a house is your home, security and memories. Real estate agents generally do not have a good reputation and normally only operate for themselves (and clients if that works for them). With the team at Ray White Pt. Chev the whole process was different to any selling experience I have had before. They took the time to get understand my needs, saw the house as a home and worked really hard to get the place sold.
