I didn't see Jit as often as Jiggy but when I did he was friendly and informative with the whole process.

Jit was very helpful and great at communication. The reason for an 8 instead of a 9 or 10 is that -The tender process turned into negotiations which dragged on for longer than I thought was required. - Great of him to follow up to see how things are going after settlement, but didnt hear back when I asked a few questions as a reply to it.
