We are happy to say that Jess is the best property manager we have ever worked with. We have had out of town properties with other managers for some years now but Jess is the easiest person to get along with and is always totally reliable. We had managed our own local properties for about 20 years before retiring and still like to add our “tuppence worth”. Jess works with us as opposed to for us. She recommends, is happy to hear our suggestions, allows us to do as much or as little as we wish. She respects our financial position and is always ready to get quotes before we have to decide. She will sometimes accept compromise but only if it is within rental laws and is suitable for the tenant. We have been so pleased with the short down time when replacing a tenant. We can now travel for months on end and leave her solely in charge without a worry. We are also confident that Jess is up to date with tenancy law which is so complex these days and a concern for us “oldies”. But best of all – our tenants – even some her were not at all keen on a Management company initially – all like her and feel confident that any problems that arise will be sorted, promptly and kindly. Go Jess. You are a winner in a race car but you are a winner with your landlords too!
