Good afternoon Although it may seem apparently straight forward to a licenced Real Estate Agent, it is easier said than done when it comes to negotiating and purchasing a property. She was very organized and after the sale was done she didn't stop, she went to the house pre me doing the renovations and measured things so I could bring up what I needed in the correct lengths to redo the interiors.
