Daily visits to the property, herding the bidders until the 11th hour to give us every opportunity possible at the auction, handling the staging coordination, rebooking photo shoots when we had made a mistake, and skillfully working with the buyers to give us an amazing results at the auction - the list goes on and on. John and Jane have an excellent working partnership that put us at ease, we put our trust and faith in them to list in level 3 of Covid-19 which was a big concern. The marketing campaign was outstanding they proved to us time and time again that the systems they had in place provided us with multiple pre auction offers.
