Found the process very easy due to Jaco looking after everything I am based in Auckland and the property is in Hamilton Jaco arranged the house photos, open homes and marketing. He kept me up to date with what was happening. He also helped me with deciding on a reserve price for the property, offering advise on the procedure. He is easy to deal with and gives you the feeling you're his only client when we know that we aren't.
