It was Iza who approached me in the first instance to see if I wanted a free valuation on my property at 6 Fields Road, Manurewa. He then followed up with a very comprehensive report listing what has sold in the immediate area and the pricing. Iza always called and kept me informed with what was happening and arranged with the tenant and letting agent to view the property so everything was made easy for me. Due to this, I listed the property with Iza who has been totally professional all the way through this process.
