Few agents in real estate understand new beginnings better than Ivan Koulin. 25 years ago Ivan packed his bags and left his home country of Bulgaria permanently to make New Zealand his new home. Leaving behind a country in turmoil, he sought a new more peaceful and safe existence on the other side of the world.

Multilingual and with a substantial background in tourism, Ivan initially worked in the hospitality sector. Five years later he was drawn to real estate because it offered him the opportunity of a job combining his two great loves - people and property. He began a personal love affair with property investment that continues to this day.

For 24 years Ivan has worked for Ray White – initially in Epsom. His focus has primarily been in the central suburbs, serving his clients in Epsom, Remuera , Royal Oak, Onehunga, One Tree Hill, Greenlane,Hillsborough, Sandringham, Mt Roskill, Newmarket, Parnell and Mt Eden. Over those years Ivan has amassed a large following of loyal clients and many industry awards.
