Ian moved to Hawkes Bay in 2004 from the UK and never looked back. Having spent 12 years as an award-winning real estate salesperson, a landlord and having renovated 4 houses, there’s not a lot he doesn’t know about properties.
Prior to his real estate career, Ian had spent many years running and managing successful bars and pubs in the UK, and even spent several years as an airline steward. Ian has a passion for great customer service and strongly believes that taking time to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers alike is paramount.
Having qualified to be a Property Manager and also receiving accreditation through the REINZ , he joined Ray White to become a Senior Property Manager.
In his spare time, Ian loves playing squash and being an uber driver to his two daughters
