She graduated with two degrees in Marketing Management at the University of Otago where she also carried out a student exchange at the prestigious University of Manchester in England. She then went on to graduate in Psychology at the University of Canterbury. After Holly graduated, she moved to London where she gained two years experience in the competitive London property market working for the largest real estate agency in the UK. There she learnt the art of negotiation and went on to become the top salesperson in her office working in Notting Hill, St Johns Wood, Mayfair and Hampstead.

It's been a journey with Holly since I purchased 302 as is where is in 2015. Holly, and initially her father, came to visit every 12 months or so to see what progress we'd made and whether it was worthwhile selling/holding within the current market. Fastforward to 2023 and with Hollys knowhow and expertise we obtained an amount at auction that everyone was surprised by! It was time to sell a property that as a trustee on behalf of a deceased estate, we were in a position to get the best outcome for the beneficiaries. We could of gone to a number of agents. However I wanted to use an agent based and working within the area of New Brighton. I wanted an agent that would know the area well and specialise in the type of property we were trying to market. I was recommended Holly from another successful agent I personally know from my area (Lyttelton). I decided to use the advice given to me, and first met Holly at the property and found her to be lovely and approachable (first impression count). She had a genuine appeal with a great attitude, smile and honest opinion. Holly did not try to win our listing with fast track sales pitch talk that I am so aware of, and puts me off so many agents. Within 3 days Holly had an offer for us, as she had clients on the books to go to (one reason why I like to use agents). It was cash deal, but we decided to hold off until a few open homes had been done, and get a feel of the market. At no time did Holly put pressure on us for trying to accept this offer. Then two weeks later an offer came in substantially higher, which we accepted. Within a few weeks, the property had settled. The process was easy, there was no stress.
