Hen Kalish

Hen is an absolute gem. He helped us sell our first home 3 years ago and the service he provided was impeccable so it was a no brainer to use him to sell our current home. This time round the market was a little more tricky so it was quite a different selling experience but Hen never dropped the ball - he was out there looking for buyers and no stone was left unturned. Despite the selling process taking a few months his energy and enthusiasm never dropped (although ours did!) and his persistance paid off with a signed sale and purchase agreement just after the new year. Hen is professional, engaging and down to earth. Just the best to work with. Highly HIGHLY recommend him to anyone selling!

Over the Covid time and there were issues with driveway needing resurfacing which made the sale of the property an issue, and Hen never wavered in his energy to promote our property, Even to the 3rd offer on the house was difficult with high moisture levels on one wall, and Hen helped us and the buyer navigate our way through getting the inspector back to conduct invasive inspection of the frame which was perfect and the sale progressed.

Hen was very helpful in all areas concerning the sale of our property – signage – open homes – auction etc. He was always available to answer queries and feedback on viewings & comments. We think that everything you were doing was right and nothing needed to have been done differently.
