I explained my situation trying to find a rest home for Terri. Heather said she would see what she could do . Bingo later that evening she rang me back and gave the contact of a lovely rest home ,within 1 kilometre of where I live. MAGIC.! Terri was in there the next day. Heather visiting with lovely flowers. Unfortunately the love of my life passed away peacefully in her sleep some10 days later. Heather rang me to see if there was anything she could help with, I askes about a funeral director? She actually gave me the contact details of a lovely person at a local funeral directors . Kevin has asked me out for a walk which was nice to stretch my legs but also someone to talk to. As this was a really stressful time for me .So if there is any award your company has for your staff going the extra mile out of the goodness of their own heart . I couldn’t think of a better team to receive this award.
