Heather Murphy

Growing up in Hastings and Havelock North, Heather knows the district well. She has built strong relationships and has a wide social and professional network. Heather brings extensive industry and marketing knowledge having worked in the real estate industry for 23 years, both in sales and management. Heather started her successful selling career in Auckland and attained her Branch Managers qualification and an AREINZ in 2004.  Moving back to Havelock North in 2006, Heather spent over 12 years managing a local real estate office.  In 2018 she moved back into sales for several years before taking up a leadership role with Ray White Hawkes Bay in 2022 she has therefore seen the many ups and downs of the real estate market.

Heather believes ‘Success in real estate comes through good communication, the basis of which is listening to and understanding your client and tailoring, with them, the solution for their particular situation.’

Amongst Heather’s strengths are an ability to listen and understand her client's needs, Heather prides herself on always displaying a professional attitude. Heather is a great negotiator and problem solver and firmly believes that paramount to the success of any transaction are three key ingredients: Integrity, Trust and Honesty.

Heather and her husband live on a lifestyle block on the fringes of Havelock North. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors either with her horse, walking her dog, biking on the beautiful Hawke's Bay trails or water-skiing in the central north island.
