I cannot recommend Hara Jeng more highly! She was INCREDIBLE selling my elderly dad's house. She worked tirelessly and got us a great price. She was kind and patient with my dad too. She is a pocket rocket. She knows her stuff. She marketed it brilliantly - weekend (Sat & Sun) and weeknight twighlight open homes, sorted legal documents, delt efficiently with all the suppliers (arranged stagers and a great waterblaster to spruce up the outside etc). We will definitely use her when it comes time to sell again and will be telling everyone we know to get her to sell their place. Thank you Hara. Your a treasure!

Hara and Anton were absolutely incredible! From the first moment we met them, we had a great rapport with them, and most importantly, trusted them. We believed that our home had some special X factor features that we expected should command a better price than other houses without the same features that were being used as comparisons. When we decided to sell, we were disappointed that all of the agents we spoke to didn’t see additional value in the pretty obvious differences. All of the agents, (and there were quite a few) pitched to us around the same price expectation as other homes in our area had achieved. Homes without the same features that our home has. Only team Anton and Hara identified the differences and in fact pointed them out to us at our first meeting. We met Hara at one of the first open homes we went to when we began our property search. We could immediately see what a hard working person she is. She stayed in touch and followed up with us often and very quickly got to know us and exactly what we were looking for; she understood what we needed in a property for it to work for us. As promised she found us our new home! When it came to listing our property for sale, we had proposals from other company’s agents but we knew that we really wanted Hara to take care of our listing and we didn’t regret the decision in choosing her!
