We first encountered Travers and Hannah when they sold our neighbours property at 55 Rawene Road, Birkenhead. It was there that Nigel and I saw them both in action. What struck us about them was not only how professional they were, but how engaging and approachable they both were. We thought to ourselves when we sell our house, we want these guys! We were right. In addition we had an online auction which was potentially a leap of Faith for us. I think Travers and Hannah sensed our unease and spent a lot of time with us explaining how things would work. Travers explained his likely strategy on the day regarding pace and theatre. We told him to do whatever he thought best because he was the expert and we trusted him to get a feel for the auction and do whatever he felt at the time. It couldn’t have gone better!
